HOW IT WORKS:
Once you have approved your Initial Waste Removal quote, we will email you an electronic invoice to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your Initial Waste Removal. You can pay this electronic invoice securely with your debit or credit card or Venmo. Once we’ve completed the work to get your yard clean and clear of poo piles, you are welcome to pay the remaining balance in cash, credit/debit, or Venmo.
For monthly maintenance service, we require a credit or debit card on file to be automatically run each month starting on the first date of your maintenance service.
No, there is no contract. The Poop Scoop Troop is your monthly “Pooper Scooper Subscription.“ You can cancel at anytime. For billing purposes, we ask that you cancel 30-days prior to when you want your last poop scoop.
In lieu of a contract, we have created our Terms of Service. That way you know exactly what to expect from The Poop Scoop Troop and what we expect from you, too😉. You can read our Terms of Service here.
We bag and tie off the waste and place in your trash or we can haul the poop away for $4/bag.
Rain or shine—we will be there! Well, there are some extreme cases😉…
We will work through the rain as long as we can safely do so. If there is extreme cold or snow, we will postpone service until the weather is appropriate to service your yard again. Once there is a blanket of snow on the ground, we will clear what we can see on top and clear anything hidden when the snow melts. IMPORTANT: Please make sure your gate is clear of snow, so that we can access your yard.
The Poop Scoop Troop is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the dog poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it.
For the safety of our scoopers and your dogs, all dogs must be inside while we provide our services. If we have been introduced to the dog(s) and they are friendly, we do not mind if they are in the yard. The Customer understands that if on the scheduled day of service, if dogs are left in the yard while you are not home and we have not met the dogs, The Poop Scoop Troop cannot provide services and the scoop will then be skipped and charges will still apply.
We do ask that you are home for your Initial Waste Removal so that we can meet you and your dogs, you can show us the yard, and let us know where you keep your garbage can.
For maintenance cleanings, as long as we have access to your yard and your dogs are inside (unless we’ve met them and they’re friendly), you do not need to be home. Most of our clients are not home when we come clean their yard.
All of our pricing is based on the size of your yard, your landscaping (I.e. xeriscaping, grass, combo), number of dogs and their size, and how often you would like your yard cleaned.
